The plain agreement between you and us.
Who this is for
HeyLayla is for adults who are seeking marriage and want to choose their own partner. Joining is itself a statement of that intent. It is not a dating app and not a place to browse people for its own sake.
Your account
One person, one account. The account is yours to run — not a parent’s, not a proxy’s; family takes part only when you invite them. We ask you to present yourself truthfully. Verification exists to protect that promise for everyone.
How we expect people to behave
Dignity is not optional here. When an introduction is declined or a conversation is brought to a close, it is done with respect — and we enforce that. Harassment, deception, pressure, and cruelty have no place on HeyLayla.
Ending membership
You can leave at any time — sign out, take a pause, or permanently delete your account from inside the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We may suspend or remove an account that misuses the service, misrepresents identity, or puts other members at risk. Keeping members safe comes first.
A service still growing
HeyLayla is in its early pilot. Features will change as we learn what serves members best. We will always aim to communicate meaningful changes clearly rather than by surprise.
